Excepción para ejercer la docencia. En las áreas de la educación media técnica para las cuales se demuestre la carencia de personas licenciadas o escalafonadas con experiencia en el área, podrán ejercer la docencia los profesionales egresados de la educación superior en campos afines. Para el ingreso posterior al Escalafón Nacional Docente, se exigirá el cumplimiento de los requisitos correspondientes.
