Adquisición previa a la asignación. En ningún caso, salvo lo establecido en el régimen de transición, se entregará el subsidio a los hogares, que hayan perfeccionado la adquisición de la solución de vivienda, mediante la suscripción de escrituras de compraventa, con anterioridad a la asignación del subsidio.
