Las operaciones a que se refiere el artículo 20 necesitarán la aprobación previa de la Zona Franca Industrial y Comercial y estarán sometidas a la supervigilancia de la autoridad aduanera dentro del área segregada. También podrán las autoridades aduaneras y los funcionarios de la Zona Franca Industrial y Comercial verificar en cualquier tiempo los inventarios de mercancías y materias primas que se encuentren dentro del área de la Zona.
