Declaratoria de insubsistencia como consecuencia de la valoración del desempeño no satisfactoria . El nombramiento del empleado de carrera deberá declararse insubsistente por la autoridad nominadora, en forma motivada, cuando haya obtenido calificación no satisfactoria como resultado de la valoración del desempeño laboral. Contra el acto administrativo que declare la insubsistencia del nombramiento no procederá recurso alguno.
