Sanciones por obstaculizar o impedir la inspección aduanera de fiscalización. El importador, el tenedor de la mercancía o cualquier persona, que directamente o a través de terceros obstaculice o impida la práctica de la inspección aduanera de fiscalización, incurrirá en falta administrativa a la cual se aplicará una sanción de veinte (20) salarios mínimos mensuales por cada día de calendario que se retarde el inicio o desarrollo de la diligencia ordenada.
