Modifíquense los literales h) e i) del artículo 2.10.5.2.12 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, los cuales quedarán así: "h) Indicación de la modalidad de participación de la sociedad comisionista de bolsa de valores, ya sea por cuenta propia, por cuenta de terceros, en calidad de administrador de fondos de inversión colectiva, o en calidad de administrador de portafolios de terceros. i) Identificación del cliente, cuando se trate de operaciones por cuenta de terceros o en calidad de administrador de fondos de inversión colectiva o en calidad de administrador de portafolios de terceros.".
