Competencia de los Procuradores Judiciales Penales ante la Justicia Penal Militar. Corresponde a los Procuradores Judiciales Penales ante el Tribunal Superior Militar y demás autoridades judiciales militares, de conformidad con la ley: a) Intervenir en las investigaciones previas e instrucción que se adelanten en la Justicia Penal Militar; b) Intervenir en el Juzgamiento de que conocen en primera, segunda o única instancia, el Tribunal Superior Militar y demás autoridades judiciales militares; c) Ejercer las demás funciones que les atribuya la Ley o le asigne el Procurador General de la Nación.
