Transfiérese a Minercol Ltda. o a quien haga sus veces, la propiedad de los activos inherentes a la exploración y explotación de las Salinas Marítimas y Terrestres de Nemocón, Zipaquirá y Upín que hoy en día administra el Instituto de Fomento Industrial-IFI. La transferencia de estos activos se hará efectiva mediante acta de entrega por parte del IFI como administrador de estos bienes a Minercol Ltda. o a quien haga sus veces, una vez se suscriba el acta de liquidación final del régimen transitorio que aquí se ordena a más tardar el 31 de diciembre de 2000.
