º. Establécese para el empleo de Subdirector General de Unidad Administrativa Especial de la Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos una asignación básica mensual de ocho millones de pesos ($8.000.000) moneda legal.

Parágrafo

El empleo de Director General de la Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos y el de Subdirector General de la Unidad Administrativa Especial, tendrán derecho a percibir prima técnica, sin carácter salarial, equivalente al cincuenta por ciento (50%) de su respectiva asignación básica mensual, en los mismos términos y condiciones señalados en el Decreto 1624 de 1991 y demás disposiciones que lo modifiquen o adicionen.
