° Antes de entrar a ejercer el cargo de Director de Explotación, el individuo designado deberá prestar, conforme a las formalidades legales, una fianza personal de mil a cinco mil pesos, cuya cuantía fijará el Inspector General. No serán admitidos como fiadores quienes no reúnan las condiciones exigidas por el artículo 2376 del Código Civil.
