Inversión en títulos que tengan por finalidad la financiación de vivienda. De conformidad con el numeral 7 del artículo 7° de la Ley 549 de 1999, el Fondo Nacional de Pensiones de las Entidades Territoriales (Fonpet), invertirá hasta el treinta por ciento (30%) de los recursos que administra en los bonos y títulos de que tratan los artículos 9° y 12 de la Ley 546 de 1999, cuyos emisores u originadores sean establecimientos de crédito.
