Ciclo de regalías y compensaciones. Para los efectos previstos en el inciso 2° del artículo 360 de la Constitución Política, el ciclo de generación de regalías y compensaciones comprende las actividades de fiscalización, liquidación, recaudo, transferencia, distribución y giros a los beneficiarios de las asignaciones y compensaciones directas.
