Normas jurídicas de alcance no nacional y leyes extranjeras. El texto de normas jurídicas que no tengan alcance nacional y el de las leyes extranjera, se aducirá al proceso en copia autentica de oficio o a solicitud de parte. La copia total o parcial de la ley extranjera deberá expedirse por la autoridad competente del respectivo país, autenticada en la forma prevista en el artículo 259. También podrá ser expedida por el Cónsul de ese país en Colombia, cuya firma autenticará el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores. Cuando se trate de ley extranjera no escrita, esta podrá probarse con el testimonio de dos o más abogados del país de origen.
