COBARDIA POR OMISION. El que por temor en acción armada no acuda al lugar de la misma, debiendo hacerlo, o no permanezca en el sitio de combate, o se oculte, o simule enfermedad, incurrirá en prisión de cinco (5) a diez (10) años.
