- SANCION MORATORIA. A los impuestos dejados de pagar, según la liquidación que establece el artículo 187, {Decr. 1333/86} causados desde la fecha en que el propietario actual adquirió el inmueble, se les cobrará la sanción moratoria a que se refiere el artículo 261 de este Decreto La sanción prevista en este artículo no se aplicará a los predios rurales cuando el avalúo catastral de oficio, de que trata el artículo 187 no exceda de $200.0000.oo (Decr. 1333 de 1986, art. 191).
