° Las primas de antigüedad causadas hasta el 31 de marzo de 1977 se liquidarán, a partir del 1 de abril del mismo año, multiplicando el respectivo sueldo básico mensual por el factor constante que corresponda a los porcentajes acumulados a que tenga derecho cada funcionario o empleado por concepto de las referidas primas.
