No podrá autorizarse la explotación de estaciones de radiodifusión telefónica sino a nacionales colombianos o compañías controladas por éstos. Por "Radiodifusión Telefónica" se entiende un servicio incluido en los de qué trata el Artículo 1º de la presente Ley, que tiene por objeto la difusión de emisiones radiofónicas esencialmente destinadas a ser recibidas por el publico en general. Parágrafo. Ninguna empresa de radiodifusión podrá recibir directamente o indirectamente subvención de otros gobiernos ni de compañías extranjeras.
