Garantía De Cubrimiento De Créditos Por Responsabilidad Fiscal

En caso de que se haya proferido auto de apertura de proceso de responsabilidad fiscal en el que estén vinculadas sociedades como presuntas responsables fiscales y sobre ella se inicien actuaciones o procesos de intervención administrativa, reorganización de pasivos o liquidación forzosa o voluntaria, no se podrán calificar créditos sino hasta el ordinal anterior al de los créditos fiscales de primera clase según el orden establecido en el artículo 2495 del Código Civil o las normas especiales que establezcan órdenes de prelación, situación que se mantendrá hasta que se dicte el fallo definitivo dentro del proceso de responsabilidad fiscal.
