Estos derechos corresponde el escribiente y al Secretario en proporción de dos terceros partes para el primer y una para el segundo, que debe hacer el cotejo y firmar la copia.

Si presentare escribiente pagará sólo tres centavos por hoja al Secretario.

El resto de la actuación no causa derechos.
