Artículo segundo. Las partidas que se apropien en el Presupuesto Nacional para sueldos, alimentación y gastos generales para el sostenimiento de los dos planteles así integrados, se distribuirán por medio de resolución dictada por el Ministerio de Educación de conformidad con lo establecido por el Decreto legislativo número 2945 de 1956. Comuníquese y publíquese.
