Articulo único. Aclárase el artículo 1° del Decreto número 657 de 1937, en el sentido de que los puestos de Carteros internos creados para la Oficina Central de Telégrafos de Bogotá por el artículo 3° del Decreto número 318 de 1937, no quedan suprimidos y subsísten con la misma asignación.
