°. Modificación del plazo para presentar la solicitud del programa. Modifíquese el artículo 3° del Decreto número 1371 del 19 de octubre de 2020, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 3°. Plazo para presentar la solicitud del programa. La solicitud de autorización del programa se podrá presentar hasta el 31 de marzo de 2023, a fin de surtir el trámite de evaluación por la Dirección de Comercio Exterior del Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo”.
