Durante el período de sesiones extraordinarias señalado en el artículo anterior, el honorable Congreso de la República se ocupará exclusivamente de culminar el trámite legislativo del siguiente proyecto de ley: Proyecto de ley número 134 de 2003 Senado, 155 de 2003 Cámara , por la cual se establecen normas tributarias, aduaneras, fiscales y de control para estimular el crecimiento económico y el saneamiento de las finanzas públicas.
