Artículo Segundo. Créas en el Dispensario Antituberculoso de Bucaramanga el cargo de Médico del Dispensario, con una asignación mensual de ciento cincuenta pesos ($ 150), a partir del primero del mes en curso.

Parágrafo

El nombramiento de este Médico se hará conforme lo establecido para los empleados subalternos de la Unidad Sanitaria de Bucaramanga, en el contrato respectivo. Sométase a la aprobación del Poder Ejecutivo. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
