Valoración de los bienes en garantía. Para efecto de determinar el valor de los bienes en garantía y antes de proceder a la apropiación o enajenación de los mismos, procederá la valoración de los bienes en garantía en los términos previstos en el contrato o en su defecto en esta sección.
