Plan mínimo de incentivos. El jefe de cada entidad deberá adoptar y desarrollar internamente planes anuales de incentivos institucionales, de acuerdo con la ley y los reglamentos. Dicho plan contendrá por lo menos seis de los incentivos señalados en el artículo anterior.
