El que por cualquier medio entrabe, impide o hace imposible que los transportes de tropas o elementos de guerra lleguen oportunamente a su destino militar, o que las fábricas del Gobierno o de particulares provean de material a las Fuerzas Militares, paralicen o interrumpan sus trabajos, o que las bases aéreas, navales o fluviales, puertos, buques, aviones, material motorizado o instalaciones presten normalmente sus servicios o en general, el que en cualquier forma perjudique el abastecimiento de los elementos propios o afines para el servicio de las Fuerzas Militares, incurre en presidio de dos a quince años.
