Orientar y promover la formulación del Plan Estratégico de Desarrollo Espacial y la ejecución de planes derivados, programas y proyectos relacionados con el Desarrollo Espacial Colombiano, la coordinación interinstitucional e intersectorial que contribuya al Desarrollo Espacial Colombiano”.
