º Comisiónase al citado Gobernador para celebrar con los miembros de la Comisión el contrato respectivo por sus trabajos, sometiéndolo a la aprobación legal del Gobierno, por conducto del Ministerio respectivo. Los gastos que demande la ejecución de estos trabajos, se imputarán al capítulo 13, artículo 204, de la Ley de Apropiaciones de la vigencia en curso.
