Art. 3.º De la posesión se extenderá la diligencia del caso, en la cual se expresarán los linderos respectivos con bastante claridad. Esta diligencia, que se agregará al expediente, deberá firmarse por los funcionarios que concurran á ella, por el interesado ó su representante y por los demás individuos que la hayan presenciado y que sepan firmar.
