º . Transitorio. La Unidad Administrativa Especial Junta Central de Contadores continuará desarrollando sus funciones de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en las Leyes 145 de 1960 y 43 de 1990 y demás normas que la modifiquen o adicionen, hasta cuando se cree el Colegio Profesional de Contadores y se le asignen funciones por parte de la ley. Ocurrido lo cual se suprimirá la Unidad Administrativa Especial de conformidad con las disposiciones y normas vigentes sobre la materia.
