° Si transcurrido el término de 30 días, señalado en el artículo anterior, el interesado no se presentare para la práctica de los exámenes, será considerada la no presentación como declaración, de quien incumple, de encontrarse en perfectas condiciones de salud, y la Sanidad Militar rendirá el informe correspondiente, el cual se tendrá como prueba de aptitud física para todos los efectos del retiro.
