ArtÃculo 2º . Establecer que la administración de los contingentes a los que se refiere el artÃculo 1º del presente decreto será realizada bajo el régimen de libre importación, vÃa registros de importación. Parágrafo. En todo caso los registros de importación no podrán superar los montos de los contingentes establecidos en el artÃculo 1º de este decreto.
