El Superintendente Bancario queda facultado para adoptar las medidas que juzgue prudentes en guarda de los intereses de los asegurados por motivo de la actual situación del conflicto europeo. Igualmente queda autorizado para señalar el plazo dentro del cual deben las compañías que trabajan en el país ajustarse a las disposiciones de este Decreto.
