Art. 73. Ningún individuos será obligado a declarar fura de juicio sobre hechos personales o de los anales puedan pueda resultarle algún perjuicio, sino en el casos y con las formalidades prescritos en capitulo 2º libro 2 del código judicial y esto por una sola vez a menos del que el pide una nueva declaración asegure bajo juramento que se le ha perdido la primera si su culpa.
