Ante la necesidad imperativa de reubicar y ampliar las instalaciones del Grupo Aéreo del Caribe del Comando de la Fuerza Aérea Colombiana, declárase de utilidad pública e interés social, el lote de terreno adyacente a la cabecera 06 de la pista de aterrizaje del Aeropuerto Sesquicentenario del Departamento de San Andrés, Providencia y Santa Catalina y autorízase al Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, para adelantar la expropiación por vía administrativa con indemnización, de los predios que se encuentran incluidos dentro de las siguientes coordenadas:
