Para manejar los auxilios de que aquí se trata y dirigir las obras que por esa Ley se auxilian, crease una junta constituida por el Gobernador del Departamento del Huila, por el excelentísimo señor obispo de la Diócesis de Garzón, por el señor Cura Párroco, por el Alcalde Municipal, por el Presidente del Concejo, por el Personero y por dos vecinos elegidos por el Concejo.
