Fondo de Riesgos Profesionales. Créase el Fondo de Riesgos Profesionales como una cuenta especial de la Nación, sin personería personería jurídica, adscrita al Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, cuyos y recursos serán administrados en fiducia. El Gobierno Nacional reglamentará la administración y el funcionamiento de los recursos del Fondo de Riesgos Profesionales, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el presente Decreto.
