Art. 6.° Facúltase al Gobierno para que haga los estudios o gestiones del caso con el fin de saber si es posible traer a Bogotá las aguas del rio Funza ú otras que pongan a la ciudad a cubierto del peligro de que algún día le llegue a faltar a la población ese elemento. Las sumas que se invirtieren en esos estudios se considerarán también incluídas en el Presupuesto.
