o . El patrimonio y fuentes de financiación del Instituto están constituidos por:

Las partidas que se le asignen dentro de los presupuestos, Nacional, Intendencial, Municipal e Institutos y Empresas del Estado;

El edificio que el Ministerio de Educación Nacional destinó para el funcionamiento de la concentración del desarrollo rural del Valle de Sibundoy, y que no operó; y los demás bienes muebles e inmuebles que posteriormente adquiera el Instituto;

Las rentas que perciba por concepto de matrículas, inscripciones y demás derechos pecuniarios.
