Prohibición del uso de uniformes en estado de separación. El Oficial o Suboficial separado de las Fuerzas Militares en forma absoluta, perderá el derecho a usar el uniforme, las condecoraciones y los distintivos que se le hubieren conferido. Al ser separado en forma temporal, se le suspenderá el mismo derecho durante el lapso de separación.
