Si no se hiciere consignación del precio, ni fuere el caso de plazo para su pago, del demandante puede pedir, o que continúe el juicio sobre venta, señalando nuevo día, y se condene al demandado al pago de perjuicios, o que se dicte la sentencia de adjudicación de que trata el artículo que precede, para exigir el pago del precio según las reglas comunes.
