Para el manejo de lo recibido por la rifa lo mismo que para la disposición de ese dinero en la finalidad, establécese una Junta integrada de la siguiente manera: un representante del Ministerio de Salud Pública, un representante del Departamento Administrativo de Asistencia Social del Distrito Especial de Bogotá, y dos representantes de la Asociación Nacional de Loteros Inválidos de Hansen, elegidos en Asamblea General.
