Art. 47. La Escuela de Bellas Artes que actualmente existe en esta ciudad, continuará sus tareas. Su Reglamento será el mismo que corre publicado en el número 48 de los Anales de la Instrucción pública. El Ministro del Ramo puede modificar, cuando lo juzgue necesario, según lo exijan las circustancias, dicho Reglamento.
