Reconocimientos históricos y culturales. Autorícese al Gobierno nacional, a través del Ministerio de Cultura, para que en ejercicio de sus competencias asesore y apoye a la Gobernación de Nariño y a las alcaldías de la región en la elaboración, tramitación, ejecución y financiación de proyectos de patrimonio material e inmaterial; de remodelación, recuperación y/o construcción de monumentos e íconos escultóricos alusivos a los 200 años de la Batalla de Bomboná y en general para la infraestructura historia y cultural a fin de unirse a su conmemoración.
