Para efectos de liquidar la regalía por explotación de gas no se tendrá en cuenta el que se inyecte al yacimiento, el que se destine para consumo interno en desarrollo de la operación del campo y el que, previa autorización del Ministerio de Minas y Energía, sea estrictamente necesario para la operación del mismo.
