Programas autorizados. Sin perjuicio de los demás requisitos establecidos en este Decreto, solo serán elegibles los aspirantes a cursar programas académicos de pregrado que cuenten con Registro Calificado vigente o programas de educación para el trabajo y desarrollo humano registrados por las entidades certificadas en educación.
