La adjudicación de las Acciones en la Segunda Etapa se llevara a cabo mediante procedimientos que tengan como propósito procurar: (i) Amplia publicidad y libre concurrencia; (ii) Transparencia y objetividad del proceso de adjudicación, y (iii) Mecanismos que optimicen el precio de las Acciones a través de martillos o pujas.
