º. Una vez descontadas las asignaciones contempladas en los artículos 2º al 7º del presente Decreto, que corresponden al 38.125%, los recursos propios anuales del Fondo Nacional de Regalías que equivalen al restante 61.875%, se distribuirán así

Preservación del medio ambiente 12.375%
