º. Campo de aplicación. El presente Decreto se aplica al juego de Apuestas Permanentes con premios en dinero, comúnmente conocido como "Chance", de que trata la Ley 1º de 1982, el Decreto Legislativo 386 de 1983, los Decretos Reglamentarios 33 de 1984, 1988 de I987, 2527 de 1987, la Ley 53 de 1990 y el Decreto 1821 de 1990.
